The Friends of the Cochise College Library will host an opening and reception of an exhibit of Native American artwork that was contributed to the college by an alumnus.

Larry Brazaskas played baseball at Cochise College from 1964 until 1966. He transferred to the University of Las Vegas, where he was an all-time letterman. He worked as a casino dealer and as a realtor in Las Vegas. He also acquired a collection of modern Native American arts and crafts, including kachinas, metal sculptures, baskets, and more, that he left to Cochise College upon his death in July 2008.
