Cochise College will offer free New Student Orientation sessions on both the Douglas and Sierra Vista campuses, as well as the Nogales/Santa Cruz Center, in August to assist new students in transitioning to college life.
Students planning to take part in orientation sessions are encouraged to register online in advance and find out more information at www.cochise.edu/orientation.
There is no cost to attend.
Orientation on the Douglas Campus will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16. Sign-in starts at 12:30 p.m. in the Student Union.
The Douglas Student Government Association will provide pizza following the event.
The Sierra Vista Campus orientation will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Aug. 17. Sign-in begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Student Union.
The Nogales/Santa Cruz Center will offer orientation from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Aug. 1 in the historic courthouse located at 21 E. Court St. in Nogales.
