Cochise College men’s basketball players Jordan Martin and Brayon Blake were awarded postseason honors by the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference on Wednesday.
Both were placed on the All-Region First Team for Division I, Martin was named to the All-ACCAC First Team and Blake to the All-ACCAC Second Team, and Blake was recognized as the conference’s Freshman of the Year.

Martin led the Apaches in points per game average this season with 18.7, followed closely by Blake with 17.3. Blake finished the season with a team-leading average of 10.5 rebounds per game.
The two starters helped Cochise to a 21-9 overall record, including a 10-game winning streak to open the season, and a spot in this year’s NJCAA Region I Tournament. The third-seeded Apaches begin postseason play this Saturday at second-seeded Central Arizona.
