Cochise College Adult Education is offering courses in GED preparation and English Language Acquisition that begin in January at locations across Cochise County.

Registration for GED preparation courses in Sierra Vista and Douglas is going on now through Dec. 18. Courses are available in all subject areas and offered in the mornings and evenings. In Benson, students can register for GED preparation classes between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Jan. 6 and 7 at the Cochise College Benson Center for evening sessions that start Jan. 13. Call (520) 586-1981 for more information about Benson classes.

In Willcox, registration is offered from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Willcox Center for evening GED preparation classes that start Jan. 13. Call (520) 515-5456 for more information about Willcox classes.

Students can also register now through Dec. 18 for English Language Acquisition classes held in Sierra Vista and Douglas that begin in January. Morning and evening classes are available for adults 16 and older who want to learn English or improve their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
