In celebration of its 60th anniversary, Cochise College has a traveling display, now on exhibit at the Douglas-Williams House Museum. The exhibit allows visitors to explore the college’s history. The display will remain at the museum at 1001 D Avenue in downtown Douglas until Friday, September 27, 2024.

Open to the public on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., the Douglas-Williams House invites community members to visit the exhibit free of charge. This stop marks the first in a series of planned exhibits across Cochise County, making it accessible to a wide audience.

The display highlights the growth and development of Cochise College over the years, tracing its early beginnings from a single campus in Douglas to multiple locations, including Benson, Fort Huachuca, Sierra Vista, Willcox, and the Downtown Center. Visitors can learn about Cochise College and its impact throughout the county.

The traveling exhibit is part of Cochise College’s broader initiative to engage the community and reflect on its 60th anniversary.
