Cochise College is hosting an exhibition titled “Connection: Reflections Through Poetry and Drawing” from Thursday, Nov. 18 through Tuesday, Dec. 7 in the Union Gallery at the Douglas Campus, 4190 West Highway 80, Douglas, Arizona 85607.
The show is a collaboration between students in Abe Villarreal’s Connections for Success (CPD 150) course and Ash Dahlke’s Drawing (ART 106) sections. The public is invited to view the exhibition on weekdays (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. An opening celebration is planned for Thursday, Nov. 18, from 4-5 p.m. Students from the CPD 150 and ART 106 courses will talk about their poems or artwork during the celebration. Light refreshments will be provided. Admission to the exhibit and the celebration are free and open to the public.
