DOUGLAS — The Cochise College men’s basketball team escaped with a win Saturday against Tohono O’odham, 103-101.
The Apaches were up 53-49 at halftime and held a 72-67 lead with 10 minutes to play. Tim Jacobs had 17 points, Oliver Guerrero added 16, Demitrius Balark had 13 and Jordan Martin scored 12. Antonio Penny added 15 points and 11 assists.
Cochise is 4-4 overall and 3-1 in ACCAC play heading into Tuesday’s game at Chandler-Gilbert.
The Apaches take Thanksgiving off and return home Dec. 4 against Arizona Western College. Admission is free to the 7:30 p.m. matchup on the Douglas Campus.
