Apaches have eight players in double figures in the offensive onslaught.
For the second night in a row, the Cochise College men’s basketball team used a high-powered offensive attack to crush the opposition. The Apaches jumped out to a 63-28 halftime lead and used the second half to build on the lead.
Stephen “Tank” Byard recorded a strong double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds for the second night in a row. “The Apaches used a balanced scoring attack, with eight players scoring in double figures,” said Head Coach Jerry Carrillo. Cochise is now 2-0 on the young season.
The Cochise College men’s basketball team travels to Pima College on Saturday, Nov. 6, to take on Bella Vista Prep Post Grad in a noon tip-off on a neutral floor game. Bella Vista is coached and operated by Legendary PC Bear coach Matt Gordon.
