Cochise pitcher Jacob Potts signs his baseball card at tonight’s picnic hosted by the Grand Junction Rotary Club.
The Rotary Club is responsible for coordinating bat boys/girls for the Western District team’s games in the World Series. A few of the Apaches’ bat boys came to the picnic and asked for players to sign baseballs and player cards.
Baseball cards are on sale at Suplizio Field. Each team’s pack costs $5. As pitcher Jacob Potts says, having player cards made is a perk of being a champion.
