Cochise College will delay the start of the spring semester classes to Tuesday, Jan. 19. As a result of the late start, spring break will be canceled. To slow the spread of COVID-19 and to mitigate any risks from traveling or gathering during the holidays, for your safety, the return to campus plan for students, faculty and staff has been modified.

  • Spring semester classes begin Tuesday, Jan. 19.
  • The college will reopen to assist students and accommodate registration on Monday, Jan. 4.
  • Faculty will return to campus on Monday, Jan. 11.
  • Students enrolled for spring will have access to view their classes in Moodle the week of Jan. 11. If you have any issues, please contact your instructor.
  • There are no changes to the aviation and law enforcement academic schedule. Classes begin on Monday, Jan. 11.
  • All new students coming to campus for a class or using on-campus resources must sign the Student Waiver and Student Acknowledgement forms.

Please make appointments for advising, financial aid, testing and other student services before winter break. College services can be provided via email, phone, Zoom, or face-to-face. Remember, face coverings are required on all campuses and centers, and social distancing will be observed.

Important information, college updates and news are posted on the college website and on the Need to Know section on the MyCochise portal. Students are encouraged to check their college email regularly.
