Baseball beat South Mountain Community College 2-1 and 6-0 the Saturday prior to spring break. Traveling to the annual Jack Howell Tournament at Kino Sports Center in Tucson, the team came away with a 4-1-1 record. Scores were a 1-3 loss to Clarendon; a 5-0 win versus Langley, 2-1 versus W TX, 9-2 versus Douglas (CAN), and 1-0 versus Indian Hills. The 2-2 tie came versus New Mexico Junior College. Back at home, the team split with Scottsdale Community College, losing the first game 8-4 and barely beating the rain to a 6-3 win. The team travels to Glendale Community College for a doubleheader Saturday.
