DOUGLAS — The annual Cochise Buddies Youth Basketball Clinic is now registering participants for its 2012 event on the Douglas Campus.
The Cochise College men’s basketball team hosts the clinic each year for boys and girls in kindergarten through ninth grade who are interested in basketball. The Runnin’ Apaches will hold one exciting clinic session from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20 in Stronghold Gymnasium.
The cost is $10 per participant, who, in addition to receiving instruction on basketball fundamentals from Cochise players and coaches, will take home Cochise basketball T-shirt and receive a complimentary soda and snack from the snack bar at a home game this season.
