You can watch as the Cochise basketball teams face rival Arizona Western College tonight in Yuma via the Matador Sports Network.
The women’s game begins at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m. for what should be two hotly contested games.
Cochise men’s basketball is holding on to the No. 1 spot in the conference standings, but the Matadors are only one game behind. The team that ends up winning the conference will host the Region I Finals, drawing a bye for the semifinals.
Cochise women’s basketball is sitting at No. 3 in the conference standings, trailing Arizona Western, which holds the No. 2 spot. The teams will likely meet again in the semifinals of the Region I playoffs.
