Texas artist Alice Briggs, straight from her successful book collaboration with Charles Bowden, will be at the Sierra Vista Campus at noon Tuesday, Oct. 11 in room 401 to give a presentation about “Vision en Accion,” a privately-run insane asylum in Juarez, Mexico.
Drawings and photographs will add to this visual trip through purgatory, not for the faint of heart. A painting critique will follow the lecture.
