DOUGLAS — The Cochise College soccer team played to a 2-2 draw against Paradise Valley Community College on Saturday.
Mariel Hundley scored for Cochise in the 15th minute, but Paradise Valley answered in the 18th minute to tie it. Cochise took the lead four minutes later on a goal by Desseree Flores.
Paradise Valley scored just two minutes into the second half to tie it again. Cochise goalie Diana Medrano made eight saves for the Apaches, who are now 8-5-2 on the season.
Today, Cochise hosts Pima Community College on the Douglas Campus. Admission is free. Cochise’s busy week continues with games Wednesday at Scottsdale and Saturday at Pima.
