Cochise College women’s basketball player Te Oramae Solomon was named ACCAC Player of the Week, announced Monday, for helping to lead the Apaches on a 3-0 run last week.
The Apaches defeated Chandler-Gilbert Community College 79-62, then traveled to the Wells Fargo Classic at Arizona Western College after Thanksgiving to defeat Carl Albert State College 72-64 and Anoka-Ramsey Community College 66-63.
Solomon averaged 15 points and eight rebounds per game during that stretch.
