Cochise College women’s soccer forward Clara Steffensen was awarded Arizona Community College Athletic Conference Division I Player of the Week honors on April 19 for her role in the Apaches’ three wins in a row, making their season record to 3-1. 
Steffensen is from Hvidovre, Denmark, and a freshman. She scored a goal and had an assist in a win over Scottsdale.
Cochise defeated Pima 4-3 on April 8 in an overtime thriller, Glendale 6-1 on April 10 and Scottsdale 2-0 on April 17.
