DOUGLAS – The Cochise College baseball team snapped a three-game losing streak by sweeping Scottsdale Community College on Tuesday.
In the opener, Jacob Potts threw all seven innings in a 4-1 win, allowing four hits.
Corey Fujimoto went 2 for 3 with two runs scored and an RBI, and Frank Salas delivered a key two-run single in the third.
Salas started on the mound in the second game, but lasted just 3 2/3 innings as the Apaches wound up using four pitchers in their 6-2 victory.
