CHANDLER — The Cochise College men fell to Chandler-Gilbert 82-77 Tuesday night.
“We were 3-1 in conference coming in and they were 0-4, so it’s very disheartening,” Cochise head coach Jerry Carrillo told the Sierra Vista Herald. “We just can’t hang our hat on anything defensively right now. We’ve just got to find a way. We’ve got to find 6 to 7 guys who want to defend.”
The Apaches are now 4-5 overall this season and take a week off before next Wednesday’s game against Arizona Western at home on the Douglas Campus.
Admission is free to all regular-season home games.
